The Sandringham Life Activities Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, August 12th, 2022 at 10:00 am in the Masonic Hall, 23 Abbott Street, Sandringham, and will be followed by a morning tea.

At that meeting new Office Bearers and a new Committee will be elected for the 2022/2023 year. This may include present Committee Members if they offer to stand again, but forms will be put in the Club foyer for any members who would like to be nominated.

The procedure is that, if you would like to join the Committee, you will need to get a member to nominate you, then get another member to second the nomination, and then sign the form to say you accept the nomination. If there is more than one person nominated for a position, a vote will be taken at the A.G.M. to elect one of those people to the role.
